Verifying your mobile (via a one-time WhatsApp OTP) unlocks the extra 150 signup credits and lets Lekhak deliver payment receipts and completed documents to you on WhatsApp. It is optional but recommended.
WhatsApp is used for payment receipts, document delivery, and support for verified users. You cannot upload files or request translations through WhatsApp — that is done on the website or app.
Use the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of any page for real-time help, email [email protected], or contact us by phone or WhatsApp. If our team is away in chat, you can still leave a message and get a reply by email.
Email [email protected] and the team will process the deletion. You get a confirmation with a 7-day window to reconsider before it runs. Where tax law requires invoice records to be retained, personal details are anonymized instead.
