How credits, pricing, packages, invoices, and refunds work.
Everything on Lekhak is priced in credits, so the figure is the same wherever you are — the money value of a credit simply follows your region (₹ for customers in India, $ internationally). Typical rates are about 50 credits per page for Indian-language translation, 100 for global-language translation, 25 per page for typing, and 25 per minute for transcription. Rates can change, so the live pricing page always shows current prices in your local currency. Your balance is shown in the top bar.
Go to Buy Credits and pick a package, or enter a custom amount — larger packages include bonus credits. The pricing page shows all rates in your local currency.
Customers in India pay in ₹ via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets). International customers pay in $ via PayPal. Prices are shown in your local currency on the pricing page.
Yes — a GST invoice is generated for every purchase and is available from your account. Payment receipts are also sent by email, and on WhatsApp if your mobile is verified.
If a job fails after credits were reserved, those credits are automatically refunded to your balance — you are only charged for work that completes.
Yes. One credit balance works across translation, typing, transcription, and dictation — there are no separate wallets.
